e are seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hand tools manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of various hand tool machines and equipment, including hammers, broaching machines, shot blasting units, compression machines, electroplating plants, barrels, vibrators, rotary machines, Reyman and Shank machines, belt systems, and heat treatment units. The role requires strong technical expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining these machines to ensure minimal downtime and smooth production operations. The candidate should be skilled in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, managing maintenance teams, and maintaining safety and quality standards across the plant. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role.
