Ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems in an fully automated ice cream manufacturing plant.
Preventive and corrective maintenance on mixing tanks, pasteurizers, homogenizers, ice cream freezers, conveyors, and automatic packaging machines (Extruders / Cone / Bulk filling mc).
Troubleshoot & repair sensors, control panels, VFDs, and PLC-based automation systems.
Inspect and maintain wiring, switchboards, circuit breakers, and power distribution systems.
Operate, monitor, and maintain ammonia and Freon-based refrigeration systems.
Monitor temperature controls, pressure gauges, refrigerant levels to prevent product spoilage.
Conduct routine inspections, log performance data, and recommend improvements.
Follow GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI guidelines for equipment maintenance.
