Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Number of Positions: 1 per lane per shift

Location: Azamgarh

Department: Maintenance / Operations

Reporting To: Maintenance Supervisor / Facility Manager

Educational Qualification:

• Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Electrician, Mechanical, or Electrical

OR

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance from a recognized organization or institution

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot faults in AC systems, motors, control panels, wiring, and electrical circuits
• Ensure smooth functioning of equipment, HVAC systems, pumps, compressors, and lighting systems
• Maintain logs and records of all maintenance work performed
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical/mechanical systems
• Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly
• Coordinate with the supervisor and other technicians to ensure timely completion of work

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, and HVAC systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Basic understanding of PLC systems and industrial safety standards (preferred)
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Physically fit to handle on-site maintenance work

Employment Type: Full-Time (Shift-based)

Salary: As per industry standards

Shift: Rotational (1 Technician per lane per shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
