Job Description

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, elevators, etc.).
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
Replace or repair faulty parts, fixtures, and appliances.
Respond to guest room repair requests promptly.
Fix issues such as lighting, air-conditioning, plumbing leaks, door locks, and furniture damage.
Ensure rooms meet hotel standards before guest check-in.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop.
Assist with painting, carpentry, masonry, and minor construction tasks.
Ensure proper upkeep of public areas, back-of-house spaces, and hotel grounds.
Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
Inform the Maintenance Manager when stock needs replenishment.
Keep tools and equipment in safe working condition.
