Maintenance Technician

Capital Spindles India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to handle daily maintenance of lathe, milling, and grinding machines (manual & CNC). The ideal candidate must have strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in machine repair, alignment, and servicing.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and preventive maintenance of workshop machines
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic issues
• Check and adjust machine alignments, spindle runouts, and lubrication systems
• Keep maintenance logs and update breakdown reports
• Ensure minimum downtime and machine efficiency
• Assist in installation and calibration of new machinery
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment (5S)

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Maintenance
• 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with machine tools maintenance
• Basic knowledge of tools, drawings, and repair practices

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of CNC/VMC operations
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules
• Ability to work independently and in a team
