Openings with a Leading Electrical industry For Maintenance Technician Positions : Maintenance Technician Company : Electrical industry Location : Budhigere cross , Bangalore Qualification: Diploma(electrical / mechatronics) or ITI electrical with maintenance Experience : 0.6 - 3 Years Salary take home : 18k to 24k + PF benefit . Job Profile: Scope of work: To attend regular breakdowns of equipments. Plan and carrying out preventive maintenance of equipments. Co-ordinate with production team for AM and CLIT. Need to list out machine abnormalities with help of production team and close the points timely. MTTR-MTBF: Manage SPM machines and reduce the Breakdown frequency and hours to ensure smooth functioning. BD% and MTTR-MTBF to track and achieve the target. Inventory control of Maintenance store: Planning and procurement of spares & consumables, services for regular smooth running of plant. Ensure availability of Spares to avoid production loss. Follow safe practices across the plant to maintain all legal and statutory requirements, safe & healthy working condition. Should have knowledge of electrical and control wiring, electrical drawings. Hands on experience and knowledge about PLC and Servo. Managing Utility equipment like DG, Compressor, Forklift etc.
