Maintenance Supervisor (Resort / Hotel Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians, electricians, plumbers, and other technical staff.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.
• Inspect property areas regularly (guest rooms, public areas, back of house, and outdoor spaces) to identify maintenance needs.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure timely completion of maintenance requests.
• Respond promptly to maintenance-related complaints or breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all equipment, machinery, and systems (electrical panels, pumps, HVAC, plumbing, kitchen equipment, etc.) are properly maintained.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance work and equipment servicing.
• Enforce safety and hygiene protocols for all maintenance operations.
• Train and guide the maintenance team in preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Support the Chief Engineer in budget preparation, cost control, and procurement planning.
• Ensure energy efficiency measures are implemented across the property.
• Maintain good coordination with all departments to address operational maintenance issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
