Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

• Provides electrical power by maintaining electrical equipment and outlets; including energy management system for lighting, security gates, security console, and mail conveyor system.
• Wires work station cubicles by studying blueprints; laying-out circuitry for common and dedicated electrical outlets; providing raceways for telephone communications.
• Provides lighting by maintaining electrical lighting fixtures.
• Provides engineering support by responding to requests for mechanical and electrical problems.
• Complies with codes by adhering to requirements; advising senior management on needed actions.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking electrical material stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for electrical material through purchase manager/admin; reviewing and getting approved invoices , getting material stores entry;
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs to the company personnel , verifying Mac registers.
• Updates electrical, biomedical, mechanical engineering job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. A prior permission is to be taken from concerned reporting manager to attend the same.
• To check and verify daily water levels in tanks, fuel status in generator & procure if required as per information from housekeeping or watchman.
• To check and verify Ambulance fuel status, running information, servicing as per the information provided by driver .
• Responsible for all maintenance activities (Electrical, plumbing, carpenter works) & all general AMC’s (Lift, Ac’s, UPS) agreement , equipment AMC will be given by purchase manager and records will be with reporting manager and filing the service reports.
• Daily checking of complaint books of all floors and resolve the maintenance issues
• Maintaining AMC copy; service persons contact numbers list &Equipment Down Register
