Job Description

Job Description: You will be responsible for inspecting and diagnosing problems, keeping accurate records of all maintenance work performed, and reporting any issues to management. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure smooth operations. You will communicate existing and potential issues with your supervisors, most often the maintenance manager or facilities manager. Your role will also involve checking and maintaining facilities, conducting maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, following safety measures and policies, collaborating with workers and other professionals during renovations, and checking the functionality of safety systems.
