Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspections:Conducting regular inspections of buildings, facilities, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and potential hazards.
• Repairs:Performing repairs and maintenance on various systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Maintenance Requests:Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or building occupants, addressing issues efficiently and minimizing disruptions.
• Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and inventory of supplies.
• Preventive Maintenance:Assisting in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of building components and equipment.
• Safety Compliance:Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, including fire safety and other relevant protocols.
• Collaboration:Coordinating with property managers, tenants, and other stakeholders to address maintenance needs and ensure smooth operations.
• Inventory Management:Ordering and managing maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Troubleshooting:Diagnosing and resolving facility issues, potentially involving specialized repairs through contractors.
• Other Tasks:Depending on the specific property and role, responsibilities may also include landscaping, cleaning, pest control, and other general maintenance tasks.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,270.67 per month
