Maintenance-Store Keeper

Urgent hiring Maintenance-Store Executive at reputed Multispeciality Hospital in Pune.

Qualifying Criteria : Should have BE-Electric/ Mechanical Degree. Must have relevant 2+ years working experience in Multispeciality Hospital/ Pharma Company/ Manufacturing Company/ Big Hotels etc.

• Inventory Management:
• Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance supplies and equipment.
• should be able to manage Stock of Maintenance Department. Should have 1+ years experience in handling GRN-Goods Received Note.
• Monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.
• Using electronic inventory management systems or manual record-keeping methods.
• Supply Distribution:
• Fulfilling requisition orders from maintenance staff.
• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of supplies to different departments.
• Storage and Organization:
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure storage area.
• Ensuring proper storage conditions for different types of supplies.
• Compliance and Quality:
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
• Inspecting supplies for damage or expiration dates.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Liaising with suppliers and contractors.
• Communicating with maintenance staff to address any issues or concerns.
• Other Duties:
• Assisting with the maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Performing routine tasks such as cleaning and organizing the storeroom etc.

# Salary : Rs.20,000/- to Rs.30,000/- (Subject to Qualifications, Experience & Current Salary).

# Notice Period : Immediate/ max 30 Days.
