Maintenance

As a Maintenance Technician in our hotel, your role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel equipment and facilities such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. You will be responsible for repairing machinery, appliances, and other technical issues. Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards is a key part of your job. Additionally, you will maintain records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules, respond promptly to guest complaints and maintenance requests, and monitor utility usage, reporting any malfunctions to management. You will also provide assistance in the installation and upgrading of equipment as needed. Your qualifications and skills should include an ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field, with a preference for 12 years of experience in maintenance, particularly in the hospitality industry. Strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, and general repair work are essential. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and possess knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards.
