Job Title: Maintenance Manager Location: Techno Group Of Institutions, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India Reporting To: Mrs. Vidhi Agarwal, The Director Job Type: Full-time Summary: We're seeking a dynamic maintenance manager to oversee all facilities at our college, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for students, especially up to 4th standard. This role requires hands-on leadership for maintenance, cleaning, gardening, and in-house services , with a strong preference for candidates with 4-5 years of hotel maintenance management experience . Key Responsibilities: Manage all campus maintenance, repairs, and preventative programs . Oversee cleaning and hygiene standards , particularly for primary school areas. Direct gardening and landscaping upkeep. Ensure full safety and regulatory compliance . Lead, train, and supervise maintenance, cleaning, and gardening teams. Qualifications: Degree/diploma in engineering or facilities management. 5-6 years of progressive maintenance experience, including 4-5 years in hotel maintenance. Strong technical skills across various trades. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proactive and highly organized.
