Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement maintenance schedules for transformers Unit.
Lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
Oversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical faults.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Manage maintenance budgets and resources efficiently.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain performance standards.
Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime.
Provide training and support to maintenance personnel.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in transformer maintenance, specifically transformers.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
Should have handled : VPD, Vacuum Oven, Filtration m/c, Vacuum system, HVAC, Electrical maintenance, Compressors, Dry Air, Boiler, Air Caster, DG, JLG
