Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan, organize, and control
preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
of all plant machinery and utilities.
Ensure
maximum equipment availability and reliability
to meet production targets.
Monitor
critical equipment health
and implement condition-based maintenance.
Lead
root cause analysis (RCA)
of major failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Manage / establish systems to efficiently manage maintenance, engineering requirements of the company in line with
QMS and EHS
systems
Plan and manage installation and commissioning of new equipments, utilities including related civil and erection work.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree or diploma in mechanical engineering.
Min. 15-20 years experience in a chemical / petrochemical plant
Well experienced in maintenance of Chemical Plant equipments and utilities including steam boiler, thermic fluid heater, air compressors, pumps, dg sets, etc.
Residing in proximity to Navi Mumbai / Thane / Panvel
