Requirements
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 7-10 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with strong exposure to OSD operations; 3-5 years in a leadership role managing engineering or maintenance functions.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in senior engineering or maintenance management roles, leading large-scale operations and cross-functional teams.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, equipment, utilities, and process validation requirements.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (USFDA, EMA, MHRA, WHO, ICH guidelines) with hands-on experience managing regulatory inspections.
- Skills: Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP/QMS systems is required.
- Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
