team. This role involves counselling working professionals, managing qualified leads, and driving enrollments across a portfolio of career-focused programs delivered in collaboration with leading academic institutions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel senior and mid-level working professionals on online degree and certification programs.
- Manage and convert a steady flow of qualified inbound leads through consultative selling.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to final enrollment.
- Conduct need-based counselling to help learners choose the right program aligned with their career goals.
- Follow up with prospects to close enrollments, including support with payments and documentation.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Build strong learner relationships through mentoring, guidance, and high-quality customer service.
- Consistently deliver a positive and professional learner experience.
Experience & Skills Required
- 1-7 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, or B2C Sales (education sales preferred).
- Strong persuasion, consultative selling, and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal abilities.
- High level of empathy, patience, and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
