Job Description

Role & responsibilities

SKILLS:

REPORTING TO : CMT Site Shift In charge

Work Shift : Day / Night Shift ( Must Work in Shift )

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform daily equipment inspection, fill up daily check sheet and rectify if any issue found
To analyze the problem technically and find out the Root cause of the problem
To attend the breakdown, and resolve the issue in the shortest possible time
To repair the failed items and bringing them to usable condition
To perform the shutdown preventive maintenance of the machine
To organize the machine and spare storage area for 5S
To audit the spare parts quantity

SKILL REQUIREMENT

Conveyor maintenance like belt changing, alignment, tensioning, belt joint repairs
Able to do maintenance of rollers, bearings, motors, gearbox and repairing the same
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical tools
Must be able to read control and basic electrical drawings
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical isolation procedure and safe maintenance practices

PREFERRED Preferred experience in -PLC programming & troubleshooting Experience in Electrical & Automation Maintenance Agree to travel Across PAN India sites as per business requirements.
