Maintenance Executive

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Executive to Lead maintenance team to ensure reliable, efficient & safe plant operations. Develop strategies, manage resources & budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Strong technical background, leadership skills & chemical plant experience required.

1. Develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability
2. Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including resource allocation and budgeting 3.Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues and improve overall plant efficiency 5. Manage and optimize maintenance budgets and resources 6. Ensure effective communication and reporting of maintenance activities and performance metrics

1.Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and technologies
2.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills 3.Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification preferred.
