Maintenance Engineer Technician

• Strong Knowledge in VMC & CNC Machineries, Power tools & hand tools.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tools, equipment and controls.
• Troubleshoot Machine repairs,pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• To analyse machine tool manuals, technical documents, electrical schematic diagrams, communicate internal and vendor resources to research machine issues.
• To perform daily maintenance, weekly maintenance and monthly maintenance of all machines. Educate and train operators and setters accordingly.
• Be able to clearly document all work in the maintenance management system. Maintain machinery breakdown history books and other necessary documents for all the machineries.
• Good communication with AMC Department, Suppliers and Vendors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI / Diploma/ BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in Mechanical & Electrical maintenance.
