Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer/Technician responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC machines, and utility equipment like compressors, chillers, cooling towers, DG sets, and ETP/STP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform

  preventive and breakdown maintenance

  of CNC, VMC, and SPM machines.
• Conduct routine checks on

  mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems

  .
• Maintain and troubleshoot

  utilities

  such as air compressors, chillers, HVAC, DG sets, and water systems.
• Ensure

  machine uptime

  and maintain proper maintenance logs.
• Perform

  alignment, calibration, and lubrication

  of machine components.
• Coordinate with the production team to minimize downtime.
  
• Manage spare parts inventory and raise maintenance requirements.
  
• Support installation and commissioning of new machines or utilities.
  
• Adhere to

  safety and 5S practices

  in the maintenance area.

Key Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with

  CNC/VMC machine maintenance

  (Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controllers).
• Knowledge of

  electrical panels, drives, PLCs

  , and circuit diagrams.
• Familiarity with

  utility systems

  – compressor, chiller, cooling tower, DG, ETP/STP.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  
• Preventive maintenance planning and execution.
  
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Maintenance record keeping).
  

Preferred Candidates:

• Experience in

  automotive / engineering / manufacturing

  industry.
• Willingness to work in

  shifts

  if required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
