Job Description

Job Title:

Location:

Moulding and sheet metal fabrication components

Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintenance Engineer:

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of Moulding machines, press tools, and fabrication equipment.
Troubleshoot issues in electrical panels, PLC systems, and automation setups.
Maintain service records, spare parts inventory, and maintenance logs.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure equipment readiness.
Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards.

ITI Maintenance Technician:

Assist in the maintenance of injection Moulding machines, sheet metal presses, and utilities.
Carry out basic electrical and mechanical repairs.
Support engineers in machine installation and testing.
Maintain workshop tools and cleanliness.
Report faults and follow instructions for corrective actions.

Education:

Maintenance Engineer:

Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering

ITI Technician:

ITI in Electrical / Fitter / Electronics / Tool & Die

Experience:

Maintenance Engineer: 25 years in manufacturing maintenance
ITI Technician: 13 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance
