Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Additional certifications in machine maintenance or industrial safety are a plus

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in machine maintenance within the machining industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on Lathes, CNC, VMC, Drilling, and Milling Machines
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain maintenance logs and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance
• Recommend upgrades or replacements for aging equipment
• Ensure adherence to ISO and other industry standards

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical components
• Expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Familiarity with maintenance software and documentation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
