Maintenance Engineer

Work Location:

Jamnagar

Industry:

Solar, Automobile, or Electronic Manufacturing

Educational Qualification:

Degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Solar.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in Equipment Engineering & Preventive Maintenance.
Must be able to work on 8-hour rotating shifts.
Hands-on production experience in equipment troubleshooting or preventive maintenance.
Strong knowledge and experience in technical troubleshooting and parts repair.
Exposure to fast-paced manufacturing environments in MNCs is advantageous.
Working experience in Solar or Semiconductor manufacturing industry preferred.
Knowledge of Solar or Semiconductor process flow and manufacturing systems.
Track record of cost savings through continuous improvement or cost reduction projects.
Team player with good communication skills.
Knowledge of tools and methodologies such as BDA, SPC, Fish-Bone Analysis, PM, TPM, PDM, etc.
Skills required: analytical, communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting, computer literacy, interpersonal skills, mature judgment, ability to work in a team.
Strong capability in equipment troubleshooting and engineering methods for equipment controls involving PLCs, PCs, and Robotics is advantageous.
Knowledge of WET, CVD, PECVD, Furnace, Print systems is advantageous.
Highly disciplined in manufacturing and safety behavior.
High fluency in both spoken and written English.
