Maintenance Electrician

As an Electrician at our company, your role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining various electrical equipment and components in compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations. You will study plans, drawings, and work orders to determine work requirements and the sequence of repairs or installations. Additionally, you will inspect electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustments or repairs. Key Responsibilities: - Perform safety rounds during the night every 3 hours with the night in-charge and on-duty security personnel. - Maintain all registers and checklists provided by the Incharge and quality department. - Plan the layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes. - Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using hand and power tools. - Ensure compliance with codes and advise management on potential hazards related to equipment operation. - Implement Quality Policies and all work related to Quality Systems (NABH). Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as an Electrician or similar role. - Knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and power tools. - Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations. - Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
