Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supervisor - Pressure Die Casting located in Coimbatore. The Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the pressure die casting production process, maintaining quality standards, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and managing workflow efficiency. The role includes coordinating with team members, providing guidance, addressing any production issues, and collaborating with other departments to meet production targets and project deadlines. The Maintenance Electrician will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair activities, and preventive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations. The role includes responding to electrical issues, diagnosing and resolving problems, and supporting equipment optimization efforts in the manufacturing environment. Qualifications Proficient in Electrical Maintenance and basic understanding of Electricity principles Strong skills in Troubleshooting and identifying electrical problems Experience in performing Maintenance & Repair of electrical systems and components Knowledge of executing Preventive Maintenance to reduce equipment downtime Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Relevant technical certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage
