Job Description

· To register patient complaints, generate complaint numbers and get them resolved. · To take round of wards of all floors and to see nursing station ward boys and Sweeper, ask them to be alert and efficient in their duties · Special events if any are to be brought to the notice of Dr. Navtej Singh / Dr. S.P. Singh. · Go to all patients of private rooms and General wards with floor sister and interact with them to know about their needs. · To see the proper functioning of water supply. · To keep alert the electrician and see the working of Generators · To visit every private rooms and general wards periodically. · To check and inspect the entire facility · Fire safety devices are to be checked and assist in conduct of mock drills and fire safety drills · To ensure that any person under the effect of intoxicants is not allowed in hospital. · To keep the reception persons on alert & ensure that he/she has charged the fee/bills of the patient. · Bathrooms are to be checked. · To check the duty of all ward boys & housekeeping staff that every W/H & House Keeping staff is available on each floor, no housekeeping employee is allowed to go outside of hospital if has to go he will take the permission card from the house keeping in charge or day manager. · To check that House Keeping Supervisors are performing their duty efficiently and see that they have signed the checklist. · To leave the hospitals only after giving the charge to on duty Day or night Manager.
