Benefits: - Free Accomodation and Food Provided - Paid Time off - Salary paid monthly by 10th Electrical maintenance: - Support maintenance/repair of electrical wiring, switchboards, generator, intercom etc. - Support building renovation work with installation of new wiring, lights, fans, TV etc.- AC service experience is a plus Plumbing maintenance: - Support maintenance/repair of bathroom pipes, washbasin, drainage pipes etc. - Support building renovation work with installation of bathroom pipes, washbasin, drainage pipes etc. Additional responsibilities: - Support building renovation work which may involve minor civil work like wall cutting for new electrical/water pipe laying - Maintenance technician capable of performing both electrical and plumbing maintenance will be given preference - Work hours are 9AM to 8PM, however on emergency the employee must be willing to work night shift - 6PM to 9AM Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Night shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: AC maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Plumbing: 2 years (Required) Electrical: 4 years (Required) Language: Tamil (Required) Work Location: In person
