Maintenance Electrician

As a Plumber, your role involves setting up and fixing pipes, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures in buildings. You are responsible for identifying and solving plumbing problems like leaks, clogs, or faulty water systems. Regularly checking and cleaning pipes, drains, and plumbing fixtures to prevent issues will be part of your daily tasks. Ensuring that water systems are working efficiently without leaks or blockages and working safely with plumbing tools and materials following safety codes and standards are crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will provide quick repairs in case of urgent plumbing issues such as burst pipes or flooding. Collaborating with other departments like electricians, workers, architects, and project managers is essential to ensure the plumbing work aligns with the overall construction or renovation plans and timelines. - Set up and fix pipes, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures - Identify and solve plumbing problems like leaks, clogs, or faulty water systems - Regularly check and clean pipes, drains, and plumbing fixtures - Ensure water systems are working efficiently without leaks or blockages - Work safely with plumbing tools and materials following safety codes and standards - Provide quick repairs in case of urgent plumbing issues - Set up new sinks, showers, and water heaters in residential or commercial spaces - Read and follow building plans to correctly install plumbing systems - Communicate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and offer solutions - Coordinate with other departments such as electricians, workers, architects, and project managers - At least 2 years of total work experience - Ability to work on a full-time, permanent basis - Experience in day shift, morning shift, and rotational shift schedules - Health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and provident fund benefits included - Performance bonus offered Please note that the work location for this position is in person.,
