Job Title: Maintenance Executive / Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Executive/Technician to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance tasks to ensure smooth daily operations of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing and electrical systems.
• Handle day-to-day upkeep of the property's infrastructure and equipment.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Assist in installation, inspection, and maintenance of various systems including lighting, HVAC, and water systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repair work when needed.
• Maintain records of daily maintenance work and report major issues to the department head.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexible to work in shifts and respond to emergency calls.
• ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,191.98 - ₹18,000.00 per month
