Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Incharge, based in Faridabad. The Maintenance Incharge will oversee the facility's upkeep and operations, ensuring equipment, systems, and infrastructure are functioning optimally. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, planning and scheduling repairs, inspecting equipment for safety and efficiency, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues and implementing cost-effective maintenance solutions.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in facilities management, including knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing
• Ability to supervise and manage maintenance teams effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle maintenance scheduling, budgeting, and issue resolution
• Experience in health and safety regulations and compliance, especially in a hospital or healthcare environment
• Good communication skills for coordinating with vendors, technicians, and administrative staff
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications, such as in HVAC or electrical systems, are an added advantage
