Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming admission inquiries via phone, email, Social Media, WhatsApp and in-person visits. Provide detailed information about our academy, programs, teaching methodologies, and enrollment procedures. Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain and update records of all interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the academic team to schedule assessments and interviews. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. Participate in promotional events and open houses to attract new students. Prepare regular reports on admission metrics and conversion rates. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer service roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Residing within a 15 km radius of Mulund West. Preferred Skills: Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with students, parents, and colleagueslistening empathetically and speaking persuasively. Self-motivated, target-driven, and persistent in follow-ups. Data-driven and analytical mindset: Comfort interpreting conversion trends and using CRM/Excel data to refine outreach strategies. Adaptability & resilience: Skillfully pivoting in response to changing needs and thriving under pressure in a target-oriented environment Strong problem-solving and executive functioning: Taking initiative to untangle complex situations and proactively manage follow-ups and tasks Presentational & public speaking skills: Confidently conducting information sessions, campus visits, and parentstudent calls. Tech-savvy proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other communication tools to maintain data, manage leads, and track metrics Tech-enabled marketing & outreach: Ability to craft and execute targeted outreach campaignsvia email, social media, or eventsto generate quality leads. Cultural awareness & empathy: Sensitive to diverse backgrounds and learning styles; capable of tailoring communication to individual needs. Excellent verbal and written communication in English, with a friendly and confident approach. High emotional intelligence ability to listen, empathize, and handle objections. Manage vendor compliance with payroll and establishment regulations, including PF, ESIC, wages, and P Tax etc Maintain records, registers, forms, and notices under Minimum Wages Act, Payment of wages Act, CLRA etc. Monitor and ensure vendor compliance with the Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act and the Inter-State Migrant Workmen (ISMW) Act Oversee more than 40 contract EPC vendors and 2000 workers. Provide guidance and training to vendors on compliance matters, ensuring understanding and adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Providing Consulting Support Handle worker and contractor grievances.
