• Effective and clear communication skills• Mainframe Batch Knowledge with hands on experience on JCL, COBOL, VSAM and CICS• Hands on Experience on DB2/IMS/IDMS• Hands on Experiences in resolving abends/Error• Hands on experience in Batch Scheduler(ESP/CA7)• Hands On Exp in Connect Direct(C:D) and MQ series• Test Data Preparation in mainframe ( feed data to batch Cycle)• Automation tool (QTP, REX) using Mainframe platform• Proficient in at least one cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure• Experience of System Testing life Cycle(STLC)• Experience in Test/defect management tool• Experience in writing Quality Test Design Independently• Experience in Test Execution Independently• Stakeholders Collaboration
