Key Responsibilities: Mainframe Development: Perform hands-on development in COBOL, JCL, and DB2 (minimum 5+ years of experience required). Develop and maintain critical applications within a Mainframe environment. Secondary Skills Application: Utilize knowledge in PL/I, CICS, and VSAM as secondary skills to support various project needs. Project Lifecycle & Methodologies: Work flexibly in both development and maintenance projects. Apply sound knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) . Demonstrate understanding of the Agile process and its methodologies. Troubleshooting & Support: Leverage strong analytical skills to investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex issues. Collaboration & Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Collaborate to ensure successful project delivery and issue resolution. Domain Knowledge: Apply your expertise within the Banking domain . Knowledge of the Corporate banking domain will be an added advantage. Required Skills & Experience: Total Years of Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience. Relevant Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience in Mainframe development. For Senior positions : 7-10 years of experience. For Advanced profiles : 10+ years of experience. Mandatory Skills: COBOL, JCL, DB2 (Must have 5+ years hands-on development experience in these). Secondary Skills: PL/I, CICS, VSAM . Desired Skills: Strong analytical skills. Very good communication skills. Flexibility to work in Development and Maintenance projects. Sound knowledge about SDLC and understanding of the Agile process. Knowledge about the Corporate banking domain. Domain: Banking. Interview Process: Step 1: Clear the IWA assessment. Step 2: Two rounds of interviews. Panelist details and time slots will be shared. Additional Information: Approx. Vendor Billing Rate (excluding service tax): INR 8,000 - 10,000/day and above for Senior roles (6 to 10 years of experience). INR 11,000+/day and above for Chief roles (10+ years of experience).
