Job Description

Development & Maintenance: Design, code (COBOL, Assembler, PL/I), test, and debug new or enhanced mainframe applications.
Analysis: Translate user needs into technical specifications, evaluate change requests, and design system improvements.
Testing: Develop and execute unit, system, and integration tests; support QA and UAT.
Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance, database efficiency, and ensure scalability and security.
Collaboration: Work with business analysts, project managers, and support teams to align solutions with business goals.
Production Support: Troubleshoot issues, provide on-call support, and manage application releases.
