Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into high-quality technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and DB2/VSAM.
• Use Endevor for version control, code promotion, and change management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Optimize existing code for performance improvements and maintainability.
• Provide support during system upgrades, patching, and disaster recovery drills.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in mainframe application development and support.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  COBOL

  JCL

• Working knowledge of

  (if applicable).
• Experience with
