Open Positions by Experience Level:

1. Associate 2 to 4 Years

Primary Skills:

  • COBOL, JCL, DB2
  • Basic Mainframe system knowledge

Role Expectation:

  • Application development & support
  • Debugging, batch job monitoring, and basic production support

2. Practitioner – 5+ Years

Primary Skills:

  • Mainframe Systems, z/OS, JES2, JES3
  • JCL, REXX, CA7

Role Expectation:

  • End-to-end batch processing
  • Performance tuning & scheduling
  • Production issue resolution

3. Practitioner – 6+ Years

Primary Skills:

  • DB2, BigQuery
  • COBOL, IMS, JCL

Role Expectation:

  • Database design, performance tuning
  • Data processing & integration
  • Migration / modernization exposure preferred

4. Consultant – 10+ Years

Primary Skills:

  • DB2, BigQuery
  • COBOL, IMS, JCL

Role Expectation:

  • Technical leadership
  • Architecture & solution design
  • Client interaction & team mentoring
  • Mainframe modernization exposure preferred

Mandatory Skills (Across All Roles):

  • Strong Mainframe fundamentals
  • COBOL, JCL, DB2
  • Production Support / Development experience
  • Banking/Insurance domain is a plus

Good to Have:

  • IMS, CA7, REXX
  • Mainframe modernization / cloud migration exposure
  • Onsite / Client interaction experience
