About Mahindra lifespace we really had the bad experience, still struggling to get the possession of mahindra Antheia c3 tower... we paid almost 100 percent and from last 4 month struggling to get possession.

Do not trust them verbally.Get everything in written. A very poor experience with Anthiea Pune. Not giving possession and now are non responsive.

Sales team is non professional and not a responsive. They are not picking call. Doing follow for refund but not receiving any feedback from them.

If you are looking for project with full of amenities, you must visit once. They have compromised on carpet though

Over price the are quoting . For similar price you can get flat in wakad, pimple Saudagar like Developed areas
