Complete waste of time visiting them.
They are expecting people will buy flats without showing the sample flat by giving false information that sample flat is ready and you can visit for booking.

Owned a flat at antheia..paid 95% upon receipt of oc..now they stopped communicating over flat possession date...they cannot make any commitment when they can deliver flats...poor management...buy at your own risk, no better than any other builder.

I highly do not recommend Mahindra happinest, false promise from marketing team, Rooms are small and channel partner gives false promises and ask us to visit the site... Simply waste of time
