Request to stay away as there rera name doesn't match with index 2. The concern was raise by bank but they manage somehow internally. Big name but worst experience. Stay away even they don't allow to do some modifications like extra tap water point or something else.

Small flats but good builder. Have options to combine 3 flats but you have to do the work after possession. Location is slightly outside and sometime service road is crowded around. Road side towers might get noisy

Unlike Antheia, the flagship offering by Mahindra this project seems okay and possession is also on 2027. If prices and room size are compared then Godrejs mamurdi project is better choice cause in almost same the price godrej offers more space( land parcel ), it's possession is early and they don't have floor rise too.

Rude and unprofessional salesman people. Flats are so small < 700 sqft. If you just ask if they have big carpet, the salesman talks rudely and suggest to visit another project. So many unnecessary amenities will be provided for children and …
