Good property, They have track record of finishing on time but not sure about quality of construction. If they say, they will deliver what they promise without compromising the quality, then this would be the best deal.

Most of the websites by their name are not them directly but brokers using the projects name and lying that they are official's from the builder. Avoid them. Visit project site directly. …

While land parcel is of good size and location is on highway. The Unit plan is not good. Space utilization for Jodi flat could be better

Site is Situated Right Next To Mumbai- Banglore Highway ....The Value at which they sell flats is decent ....But it's really bad they don't coordinate with students ...i visited here for case study for my project but they refused to help me …

-They sold all units of phase-1 happinest Tathawade by giving false promises. -Even though sample flats for 1 and 2 bhk are still not ready for customers,which was about to done by Feb end still they are saying that it will be done soon …
