He ensures compliance with safety regulations, supervises maintenance teams, and implements strategies to improve building efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. By overseeing system operations and preventive maintenance programs, he plays a critical role in optimizing facility performance and ensuring a safe, reliable environment.
