Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing export strategies, managing international sales processes, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves preparing and analyzing business plans, coordinating with production and logistics teams, participating in global trade exhibitions, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The candidate will be expected to travel internationally as needed to meet clients and expand our global footprint. Qualifications Business Planning and Sales skills Experience in Export and International Sales Knowledge of International Business practices Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the steel industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous
