- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Magnolia CMS, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.- Implement Java-based solutions to enhance Magnolia functionalities and integrations.- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.Additional Responsibilities:
Preferred Qualifications- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.- Experience with Java-related frameworks such as Springboot, Hibernate, and Microservices.- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.- Proven track record of delivering successful projects in a fast-paced setting.Good to have skillsFlask, Pandas, Data Analysis, Agile methodologies, Team leadership, Problem-solving skills. Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Bachelors or masters degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (BE, BTech, MCA, MSc, MBA).- Proven experience of 4 years in Magnolia CMS development.- Strong proficiency in Java with at least 3 years of experience. Preferred
