Job Description

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Magnolia CMS, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications. - Implement Java-based solutions to enhance Magnolia functionalities and integrations. - Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Additional Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively. - Experience with Java-related frameworks such as Springboot, Hibernate, and Microservices. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Proven track record of delivering successful projects in a fast-paced setting. Good to have skills: Flask, Pandas, Data Analysis, Agile methodologies, Team leadership, Problem-solving skills.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (BE, BTech, MCA, MSc, MBA). - Proven experience of 4 years in Magnolia CMS development. - Strong proficiency in Java with at least 3 years of experience.
