Job Description : Call Centre Executive Location: Magictree Ayurveda Centre, South City, Ayali Khurd, Ludhiana Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 2+ year in customer service/call centre role preferred Key Responsibilities: 1. Inbound & Outbound Calls: - Handle all incoming calls related to inquiries about Ayurveda treatments, services, and appointment bookings. - Make outbound calls to follow up on social media and online inquiries. - Maintain a polite, empathetic, and service-oriented approach during all interactions. 2. Enquiry Management: - Respond promptly to inquiries received through social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.), website forms, and email. - Follow up on offline inquiries such as walk-ins and event leads. - Maintain a daily schedule for timely follow-ups to ensure no potential lead is missed. 3. Lead Conversion & Appointment Booking: - Persuade potential clients to visit the Ayurveda hospital for consultations and treatments. - Assist clients in scheduling appointments and provide necessary information on available therapies. - Offer suitable package recommendations based on client needs. 4. Database Management: - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system. - Prepare and share periodic reports on leads, appointments, and feedback. 5. Customer Relationship Management: - Build strong relationships by addressing concerns and queries professionally. - Collect feedback from clients post-treatment and report the findings to the relevant department. Key Skills & Competencies: - Excellent verbal communication skills in [language requirements, e.g., English, Hindi, Punjabi]. - Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. - Good knowledge of Ayurveda treatments or a willingness to learn. - Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools. - Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure. - Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to follow-ups. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in customer service or related fields. - Experience in healthcare or wellness sector will be a plus.
