Magento Developer - Fresher

As a Magento Developer, you will be responsible for the development, customization, maintenance, and support of the Jebelz Magento e-commerce platform. You will design and implement new features, modules, and functionalities while customizing existing Magento functionalities to meet specific business requirements. Regular maintenance, updates, and upgrades of the Magento platform will be part of your responsibilities to ensure stability and security. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks, as well as monitor website performance and implement optimizations for speed, responsiveness, and user experience. Your role will also involve writing clean, well-documented, and efficient code following Magento best practices and coding standards. Conducting code reviews, ensuring code quality, and implementing robust security measures to protect customer data and website integrity will be essential. Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions is crucial. You will participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and other agile development ceremonies and contribute to the overall technical architecture and strategy of the e-commerce platform. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and executing unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests to ensure the quality and reliability of developed features. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 2-5 years of hands-on experience as a Magento Developer. Proven experience with Magento 2 is preferred, and experience with Magento 1 is a plus. Strong technical skills in PHP, MySQL, object-oriented programming, Magento architecture, front-end technologies, version control systems, web services, web performance optimization techniques, and server environments are required. Soft skills such as strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and being detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work are essential for this role.,
