Magento Front-End Developer
Role & ResponsibilitiesDevelop new user-facing features.Build reusable code and libraries for future use.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Optimize stores for maximum speed and scalability.Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to the back-end.Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.Integrate PSD designs to Magento Theme.
Required Candidate profile
It would be nice to have the knowledge of the following skills:Total 5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.3-year experience in Magento Projects.Experience in setting up the full UI workflow layer right from Development, Testing,Building and Deployment.Strong knowledge of web standardsExpert Level understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS Good understanding of JavaScript and jQueryGreat interpersonal and communication skillsProficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitUnderstanding SEO principles and ensuring that the application will adhere to themFair understanding of JavaScript programming and DOM manipulationFamiliarity with differences in other HTML5-based views, such as ones in email clientsProficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them Critical thinking and problem-solving skillsTeam-first attitudeGood time-management skills
