Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Technical Architect in the retail domain (e.g., supply chain, loyalty systems, omnichannel).
Strong understanding of retail business processes and customer experience strategies.
Proficiency in modern tech stacks (e.g., ReactJS, Magento, NodeJS ,. NET, Yarp, Unboxed).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP(Preferred) )
Expertise in microservices architecture, API design, and event-driven systems.
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure as code.
Strong command over data architecture, performance, and security best practices
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Agile/Scrum experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently for customer engagements

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with headless commerce, omnichannel retail strategies, and customer 360 initiatives
Certifications in enterprise architecture (TOGAF, Zachman), GCP or AWS
Exposure to agile delivery and DevOps practices
Experience in global delivery models
