Role & responsibilities The Purchase Executive (Civil) is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing construction materials and services required for ongoing projects, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and quality compliance. Material Procurement: Source and procure civil construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, pipes, etc.) Analyze project BOQs and coordinate with site engineers to determine material requirements Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers Maintain vendor database and evaluate vendor performance periodically Negotiation & Cost Control: Obtain quotations, compare rates/specifications, and negotiate terms Ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality Order & Inventory Coordination: Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up for timely delivery Coordinate with the site/store team for inventory tracking and stock levels Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of purchases, quotations, invoices, and delivery notes Ensure adherence to company policies, budgets, and statutory tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.) ERP & Reporting: Use ERP or inventory software to manage purchase entries Prepare and submit weekly/monthly purchase reports to management Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of construction materials and specifications Excellent negotiation and communication skills Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, or construction-specific software) Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Understanding of tax (GST), compliance, and documentation

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer Civil to ensure that construction activities comply with quality standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. The role involves overseeing testing procedures, site inspections, documentation, and coordination with contractors and consultants to maintain a high standard of construction quality. To check quality of incoming material To check quality of ongoing civil activities To co-ordinate with client and solve the queries Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures. Review and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and material submittals. Conduct regular site inspections and material quality checks for civil works including concrete, rebar, formwork. Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, material approvals, and site observations. Ensure construction work complies with relevant building codes, safety standards , and project specifications . Support the project team in handover documentation and quality audits. Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality issues. Preferred candidate profile 5 -10years of proven experience in QA/QC roles specific to civil construction projects such as: High-rise buildings, Residential or commercial developments Strong understanding of construction materials (e.g., concrete, steel, soil) Familiarity with site operations and construction quality standards Hands-on experience with civil testing procedures (slump test, compaction test, cube test, etc.)

Role & responsibilities The Tender Executive (Civil) is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for civil construction projects, including document preparation, technical and commercial coordination, bid submission, and compliance with client requirements. To search tenders on various online platforms To prepare tender submission documents To do estimation required for tender submission purpose To upload tenders *Tender Identification & Evaluation Study tender notifications from government and private portals Analyze technical specifications, eligibility criteria, BOQs, and scope of work Conduct risk analysis and feasibility checks *Bid Preparation & Submission Prepare and compile technical and financial bid documents Coordinate with estimation, engineering, legal, and finance teams for data inputs Ensure timely submission of tenders via e-portals (e.g., CPPP, GeM, State PWD) *Coordination & Communication Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for clarifications and support Attend pre-bid meetings, record MOMs, and respond to queries Coordinate for required certifications, documents, and past work credentials *Portal & Software Management Manage e-tender submissions on government/private portals Use Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for uploads Maintain accurate bid logs and records *Post-Bid Activities Follow up on submitted bids for results, clarifications, and negotiations Support documentation for LOA (Letter of Acceptance) or contract agreements Coordinate for EMD refunds and contract formalities Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of civil engineering basics and construction materials Understanding of BOQs, drawings, and tender specifications Experience in e-tendering portals (GeM, CPP, PWD, E-Procurement) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), PDF tools, and document formatting Excellent time management, coordination, and attention to detail Knowledge of commercial terms, taxes (GST), and contract clauses Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
